Okay, I found that. I changed it from
QuickTourWidgetShown=true
to
QuickTourWidgetShown=false.

But that does nothing.

When I use the kobopatch (example), after I make some changes and then eject/unmount my Kobo from my computer, my kobo goes into an "upgrading" screen.
But with this edit as DNSB advises, I don't see such a screen.
