The epubs that I come across come with padding, and I can't find a way with Calibre to replace "padding-bottom" with "margin-bottom", automatically.
I don't know if there is any way to automate the change, and not have to do it manually for each book.
If not, I'll have to learn to live with it. With the same configuration it didn't happen to me with the Kepub, but everything I earn with Koreader is worth it.
