I wonder if it's their fault or if maybe Lightning Source (their distro for Lit files) doesn't have it yet (Harper is big on OverDrive). As for epub I think the only distributor, in the US at least, offering it is Over Drive and they dropped FW as a client so it might not be that they won't sell it, but can't.
