Small update:
my father walked by the restaurant on Friday evening and according to him the chef/manager looked at him angry. Mind you, that's the C/M usual disposition and my father did storm in on Wednesday to tell them off about blocking our door.
Yesterday, when I took out my bike one of the employees was cleaning the windows (the tables and chairs weren't out yet) and she noticed me having to avoid the tree branches on the other side of our door (or rather in front of it). We had a nice little chat. So if the council contacted them not all employees know about it, yet.
The council has until Friday to react to my notification. So we'll wait and see if they react at all and if they do what it will be.
