I can see you copied the error message, yet you post an image - why?

Anyways - the problem appears to be something to do with Calibre wanting to create a 'data' sub-directory in the C:\Program Files\Calibre2 directory - I have no idea why it would be wanting to do that at startup (or at any other time).

Calibre 'data' directories are normally found within calibre library book folders.
