Alternatively, kobopatch also produces a log called log.txt. It should show any error messages at the end of the file.

I think I understood the issue. I didn't follow the point 3 "Copy the firmware file to the src folder. Copy the original firmware you just downloaded into the kobopatch src folder".
I understood I should just install in my Kobo then remove. Now it works, sorry for wasting time and thank you for help
