Thanks Comfy.n, I did not try anything with the text styling.

Sorry, but is "resetting" removing the current PHP code in Preferences > Look & feel > Book details > Text styling and replacing it with the code you provided?
And then I click the Apply button? I did all that, then closed Calibre and rebooted. But it didn't help.
