Kobo does Series internally (the second line if Subtitle is not present and configured.)
Kobo also has a Series Sort on the menu.
It looks as if you are merging Series into the Title

Note: You need to connect the Kobo a secon time for Series and Subtitle lines to appear. The book needs to be 'processed' for there to be a place (in the DB) to insert the additional data.
