I haven't done it myself, but I think you need software that can display chinese natively on palmos. Try ChOS, or CJKos (sharware), also u need to use isilo 4 beta to convert international languages
because I haven't done it myself I'm not exactly sure how to do it, but I'm pretty sure it should work w/ the above mentioned software
