backup of my photos:

If someone has more backups of all my files/folders/directories/even hard discs local at home and extern (friend) I appreciate to meet him/her

VNC viewer: should be clear: is installed on both my PIs and a local PC and 2 smartphone and 2 tablets (see pic attached)

I use ftp/sftp connection via Total Commander (plugins) from PC/tablet/smartphone) to access the PIs folders

I guess that's it

PS: proftpd is installed on one of the PIs
