"Don't swipe down" is a poor answer. It's not enough of an issue to annoy me, but every time I see that list, it's because I triggered it by accident. The swipe down detecting is *very* sensitive. Maybe Kobo should adjust the threshold that triggers the swipe action.
Not to mention a pseudo reduction in privacy. (I say pseudo, because someone else looking at the kobo can always sort the library in most recent order, but that would require deliberate effort vs. kobo just throwing it out there.)
There is an option in Privacy settings to disable recently read books show appearing in 'Discovery' tab, (whatever that is,), but this does not prevent kobo from displaying recently read in the swipe down.
