if you want to use your kindle just / mainly for PDF's, its probably the wrong choice. PDFs are not really optimal for kindles. Even if you try to convert them or jailbreak your kindle to get access to KoReader, it will never really optimal for reading. i tried many things.. from converting, changing the layout of the pdf, trying different settings in the reader apps etc.. but nothing really worked good enough to enjoy reading PDFs on my kindle paperwhite.
i got also a Onyx Boox Nova Air, and reading PDFs with this makes more fun. But it is still not really how i wish it would be. Mobi, Epub etc. is all fine on all devices... but PDFs is really not ideal. but a bigger screen is better for PDFs. kindle paperwhites have usually a smaller screen so reading PDFs on it is not really optimal.
