Yes, I do see it. But sometimes, only some books are shown. Sometimes the books that were showing are gone.

This is what I suspect too.
I started backing up and after the first time I send the books with calibre, the second time I hookup my Kobo, KoboUtilities plugin gives corrupted database error. I tried it with different books, too.
