There is a fundamental difference between not carrying a product, and hiding a product you carry from search results, without informing the searcher.
The former is a business decision, the latter constitutes deceptive practice.
BTW, do you REALLY believe, that more Americans, "thanks to social progress," bulk at straight adult titles, than at gay titles?
