That sounds like a blocked script / script failure on your browser. If it wasn't supported it wouldn't be on the menu.
Possibly Amazon Support is refering to download at purchase time, which is gone ages ago. You have to go after purchase to Content & Devices (exact text varies per market place).
Amazon Search is totally broken and their "Contact us" is slightly broken.
