Hmmm... I'm assuming that you removed the internal µSD card and tried to mount it on a Windows computer. The internal µSD card has multiple partitions including the one that the Mini boots from and the recovery partition which are Linux EXT4 formatted. Windows does not deal with them very well.
You can get an image of a working Mini µSD card and use that to try to revive your Mini. You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the
Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for them to be enabled.
