About the catalogue/library aspect. My bad on that.
But it would still be nice to have a way to delete items permanently as we used to. Even if hidden away in advanced settings. Keeping epub and pdf files that are over a GB in size, just sitting around can be problematic.
For now I found it easier to just delete the calibre trash folder. Doesn’t appear to damage the program functionality at all.
