I’ve never thought of pinking or glue for the edges. I might try those.
I usually zigzag them on my sewing machine, or serge them, back when I had a serger.
Mine do show, because I use map pins to mount the fabric directly on the wall. I’m not keen on frames. On one or two pieces, I’ve sewn a brown fabric faux frame. To each their own!
