True, but 32 bit Win10 is almost exclusively Atom CPUs on new systems when Win10 was released (which is the only reason there was a 32bit Win10), unless it was an old 32 bit Celeron, Atom or Pentium that was upgraded from Win7 32 bit, maybe Vista 32 bit (early 2007, or even XP originally as Vista had a 64 bit version).
There had been 64 bits on Server 2003 (Itanium and AMD x64), a short lived XP for Itanium and a preview 64 bit Alpha of NT4.0, but most new PCs / laptops with Windows 7 (2012), 8 or 10 were 64 bit except for budget entry level "crippled" 64 bit Atoms deliberately with 32 bit UEFI BIOS.
