I saw the comments about the yogurt too late. I had some a little while ago. It was sealed. I looked at it carefully and tasted one spoonful before I put more into a dish and added granola on top.

If it makes me sick that will be bad. I wasn't feeling good before I went out this afternoon for PT. Some digestive problems (I did not eat yogurt), but maybe also nerves since I usually don't have to be anywhere. I leave earlier than necessary because I walk slowly and use a cane. My upper right arm got sore Thursday night when I was swimming, so I decided not to swim tonight. Told the PT about it. It doesn't hurt to just raise it, but when I pick up things with it and raise it, it hurts. I was able to do some things in PT that I didn't expect I would. I go too PT for lower back pain from a fall in February.

Since I didn't want to go straight home after PT and wasn't going to swim or food shop, I took a substantial walk in Central Park and came out at W. 72nd to walk home to Hell's Kitchen. 4 miles altogether. I usually now only walk 1-2 miles because my knee hurts so much. Usually 1 mile walk to the pool and take the bus home.

This was the first time I ever left food in a bag like that. Never again. I have to be more careful about everything in my old age.
