Thanks guys. For your information, yesterday I returned it and bought another one. It came discharged and put it to charge, but unlike the other one, I didn't initially update the firmware when asked for. As it charged the meter was increasing normally. When it reached 50% o so, I applied the firmware update and when it finished, the meter directly showed 99%... And it kept charging for another hour or so. So the problem seems to be that the firmware update decalibrates the battery meter (at least if it's applied during charging).
