On the home page, near the top left, when you hover the mouse over "eBOOKS," various options show up. On the far right there's a list of six items: "Recommended for You," "Trending Now," "Free eBooks," and, ta-da!, "Daily Deals and More," etc. Click on it.
I'm in the U.S., and mine doesn't have a "Daily Deals and More". It does have a "ebook Savings".
