MobileRead Forums - View Single Post - Replacing cover switches file name but not image!

I've tried this three time now:

1. Edit an epub.
2. Right click on the cover and choose replace file.
3. Choose a new file.
4. Observer the file name change.
5. Double click the file to see it changed.
6. Save the book.
7. Edit the same epub.
8. The old cover is now back under the new filename!!!

What is going on?
