From the email I received:

Plus, every book you finish after the first three before August 31st gains you another entry, and
increases your odds of winning.

The prize package includes: Sage, cover, stylus & $500 dollar (presumably $CA) eGift card.

Stupid Kobo, it seems they sent it to all account holders (U.S. here) but from the T& C's:

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older....
