Need some help reviving my Kobo Glo HD. During fiddling with the device by inserting a pin at the bottom of the device and trying to get it back to factory reset. It now displays vertical lines on the screen.
No pressure was applied on the screen nor was it dropped after the screen froze, It may have had a few minor bumps in the past but none to cause a frozen screen yet.
If someone can help on a video call it would be much appreciated. I can share my Contact Info for the video Call help on WhatsApp or FaceTime.
