I can also confirm the author's suspicions about the accuracy of the raw values: it's dogshit on most devices
. (A pretty telling example of that is that you can get the same magical jumps of >25% of capacity by just plugging/unplugging a device; while on others, the values are simply plain nonsensical or frozen).
