Kindle Fire
Good evening. Newbie to the forum here. Been a Calibre user for a number of years. I use Win 7 Pro, as a result I am using an older version of Calibre. The newer versions don't like Win 7. I started with a Kindle White and have upgraded to Kindle Fire. Imagine my chagrin when I discovered my usual Calibre does not recognize it. Any suggestions? I really don't like Win 11, but it seems I may have to get something along those lines.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Another issue, and this is a first. I down loaded a book from Gutenberg and it failed to open on my paper white. I got a message "format not recognized".
