Hi!
My kindle is frozen on the screensaver - I have thought that it might be battery issue so ordered a new battery but that did not fix it.

1. It does not respond to reset button procedure (holding for 40 sec etc)
2. When connected to charger led stays on with orange color forever.
3. When on button is pressed when connected to charger after 10sec it blinks 4x and stays on orange later.
4. When connected to pc is appears for a second as usb charger and ejects.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have searched the internet and only solution I could find was “ Then, I plug the cable, in the right of the number 2 shields house of processer, find the CR500 area and hit all of that three-point by metal for seconds. ” but either i cannot repeat it (don’t now what is cr500 area) or it does not work in my case.
