Looks to be a textbook. Those tend to be locked down more heavy and KFX-only. I also see a notice indicating that it's locked down (e.g. newest versions required and it doesn't work for Cloud Reader).
When I checked earlier this week, the Bluestacks method worked. But if you want to check for yourself, go to eReaderIQ, find a
free book (published after Jan of this year), and try it.
