If you use Rakuten Cash Back with Kobo, the cash back rate is showing as 20% right now, supposedly as part of "Big Give" week. But then another bit of info seems to imply that the 20% ends Monday night - e.g. tonight? It also mentions something about "VIP Access", so, as usual, things with Kobo/Rakuten are really confused. Still, I did start a shopping trip with Kobo, and bought a book I wanted, and it indicated that I was getting 20%. But I haven't yet seen the cashback appear in my account, so can't verify that I really got it. Still, if you've been mourning the defunct Partners22 coupon, and have a book or two you've been waiting on a coupon to buy, this might be something you want to take a look at.
But definitely YMMV...
