Soft and hard resets do not resolve the issue.
I guess Im going to have to get it replaced, its only a month old but being that I got it as a display fixture in circuit city as the were closing I didnt get it for anywhere near full price and do not have a receipt (the store I worked in did not offer receipts for displays or fixtures as everything was listed under one code on the register, so the receipt wouldnt show anything other than "other" anyway).
Not sure what to do now?
