A San Pellegrino flavoured water thing. I would never buy this, but my DW bought the wrong flavour -- she thought she was ordering the Orange flavoured one, but got the Blood Orange one. So I'm drinking them, since she won't. Not bad, but too sweet. Blood oranges should have a bit of bitter to them, and this has none.
