If I was planning on it: I think I would take multiple ereaders, some solar chargers, some powerbanks, what the heck, also some generators, probably have a nice shelter built, some portable AC, probably some windframs, with backup parts... If I was planning on it.

Also, if I'm planning on it, I guess I could try and guess at what future eye prescription glasses I may need and have some glasses made.

Also, if I'm planning on it, might as well bring some sort of communication device, so I could be rescued.
