Okay. I found how to do that thanks to google.
The first time I went back in and tried loading the file and changing the metadata, the same thing happened so I decided to close everything and reboot the computer......
I held my breath and closed my eyes and........
IT WORKED!!!!!!!
I don't want to jinx myself but I think that simple instruction worked!!!
I'm going to try another book and see if my luck holds!!
