When I first installed Calibre 6 Portable and opened Read Aloud the viewer crashed on my Win 10 desktop. I've installed the newer versions 6.13 and up to 6.17 and the viewer doesn't crash anymore but when I click on Read Aloud it takes about 10 seconds to actually start reading the book. That's not a big deal but at the beginning of each new chapter it takes at least 10 seconds to start reading again.

So I have the open with plugin and I use it to open the 5.38 Viewer, as it has no issues at all and no pauses with each new chapter. I tried copying the portable 5.38 Viewer to a Viewer 5 folder I made in the Calibre 6 Folder and it errors out.

I can keep the Calibre 5 portable folder but I'd prefer to have it all in one folder if possible. Does anyone know if I need to copy additional files from the C5 folder along with viewer to have them work?
