People browsing web pages on android phones could also try sharing them to a print-to-pdf app, and serving the pdf to your Kobo using an android webserver.
This is easy to set up using just 3 apps you install on your android phone. (Bill Farmer's Print app,OI File Manager, and lWS lightweight Web Server, all from FDroid. KOReader can do a decent job on small pdf files like this if you turn Reflow to on. ( When reading a pdf, you click on the lower part of the page, select the 'Aa' icon, switch 'Reflow' on, and choose a magnification level. )
