I think you're right-- in both directions. There seem to be quite a few people on this forum who really like cats. On the other hand, there seem to be a few people who go out of their way to make nasty comments about cats whenever possible. And the problem with the anti-cat folks repeatedly posting these remarks is that those of us who do like cats (or animals in general) start to get pretty tired of seeing these little "witticisms." I really didn't mean to jump on Spartacus2112 with both feet. It was the posts by others that had lowered my tolerance for cat-death-related "humor."
