And another almost two years later, The Turquoise Lament is again $1.99 in the US. The links way down below are still good.

And it's also £1.99 at Kindle UK, where most of the latter part of MacDonald's Travis McGee series is semi-long-term much more reasonably priced in the £0.99 - £1.99 range...
