Actually, it's just "gortmany" (totally unrelated to the nations), and its just a general insult in Gibbonese meaning
"one who would forget that they scratched at their own poop-chute just before chewing their fingernails". Unfortunately, my use of it on the cubs is literal. ~sigh~
