Covid sucks, I’ve managed to avoid it until last week, I have no idea where I caught it and it kicked my butt, it was not severe but 5 days of headaches, fever, chills, pain in my body and sweat, so much sweat, and to round it all my throat was so inflamed I couldn’t swallow, so eating and drinking was very painful, and it looked like it also affected the salivary glands because not only did it increase the amount of saliva produced it was thicker then usual, which is just what I needed when I could not swallow.
I could only think if I’m like this after being vaccinated I can’t even imagine how it would have been without the vaccine.
I’m a pretty healthy person, I’ve only had the flu one time and a throat infection more than 20 years ago, but since October I had two cases of virus infections and now covid, I hope this doesn’t became the norm.
