It creates the first file 31,676kb
"D:\ExportDTabletLibrary\ExportDTabletlibrary20230 407\part-0001.calibre-data"

Checked the library just before starting the backup. Vacuum was successful. Books in library match files on device. Only change I can think of since the last backup was the addition of 37 news feeds that roll off after 8 days.

Any ideas?
