As far as I am aware which comes from an FCC document when the Elipsa was released, the Elipsa like the Sage uses a soldered eMMC chip which not removable for those of us who do not access to a surface mount rework station.

Checked and the FCC document shows the Elipsa has either a Kingston or Samsung 32GB eMMC storage device. See the attached pdf.
