I've noticed it, I think it has happened with the last firmware a couple of times, but not all the time, maybe it works as expected again when I connect it to the PC to add more books (I imagine it will work similar if you turn it off instead of putting it to sleep) and I don't know when it begins to malfunction again (it's working ok now)
