The language field pulls from the ISO 639-2 list, which has a lot of unexpected selections.

While I suppose there's probably a few books written in Klingon or Blissymbols if you look hard enough somewhere, I'm curious as to how someone would write a book in sign language:

(well, audiobooks are a thing - so maybe videobooks? or people keeping things that are not books or documents in Calibre. Or sign language dictionaries )
