For what it's worth, since I downloaded the file, I took a look at it. After my original reply, I opened it with calibre's editor and it is definitely is not happy with editing the dual format file. On yet another hand, it is poorly OCRed scan from a large print edition of the book.

Overall, since Amazon.ca has it available for $6.00, I would give them the money rather than waste the time required to clean up the dog's vomit version. If Amazon's version is no better, at least you can then get your money back and probably have a KQN issued.

Just my three cents worth.
