With my clear case, the Pen is secured in clip on 'bottom' and I often hold it with my right hand on the side where the Pen would be.
That is true. I looked at the logo, and leave it button to the left. If I switch hands or hold it with both, I usually leave it with the big bezel on the left. This way the pen is in the middle and you can hold it with the pen in there as an extra grip. The small bezel on the other side is wide enough to hold it either hand. Plus, if you hold it and touch the screen and keep holding it touching the whole time it won't page forward or back. So that is a nice feature - that works on the Oasis as well - rest your finger on the screen in the same spot for a while, and no action is taken. Only danger is comics, where it might still fast forward.
