I came across this product (probably available elsewhere):

These let you enhance most Qi compatible devices so they align perfectly on MagSafe charging pads, and can be used with various MagSafe accessories (mounts & stands for example).

As my Paperwhite SE and Fire HD8 Plus support wireless charging, I got a couple of these and so far they are working great.

My Fire HD10 Plus has a magnetic zone that helps to align it on my MagSafe chargers. But it's not strong enough to even lift the charging pad up, so I may stick a ring on there too for slightly better alignment.

Previously I'd gotten a clear case with a MagSafe ring for my wife's iPhone 11, which has wireless charging but not MagSafe. Prior to this, it would sometimes fail to charge, if it slipped out of alignment (common issue with Qi only charging).
