Neither Sigil nor epubcheck found any in one of the book I spoke about
: as far as they can tell, it's a perfectly fine epub 3.0 file, yet, no ToC if I side loaded it as an epub and ToC if I just changed the extension (pinky promise: I just renamed the file, no Kepubify involved during the test in question).
Maybe a byproduct of the old version of the RMSDK used by Kobo: I opened the same file with Thorium on my computer and the ToC is here, as intended.

I don't think it should pose a problem, but I never made such files: mine have all the pictures in the same directory (Images to keep thing simple
).
I'm don't know what could cause that problem and KCC doesn't work that great on my Mac, but according to the website, it's supposed to create valid EPUB. Maybe checking the problematic file with epubcheck could spot an error or a warning.
