I have a Sony PRS505 I'm trying to read Manga on.
The screen is decent, but it doesn't support cbr, only pdf. I can open manga as a PDF but it has a lot of wasted screen real-estate due to fitting.

How could I convert/export as a PDF with specific page sizes to match the size of my screen?

A consideration: often manga will have an occasional "double page" print. Would there be any way to convert these double-page screens from cbr into one scaled and portrait-oriented PDF page automatically? (just rotate the reader to view the occasional double-page print).
