I downloaded this font so long ago that I can't give you a link. However the metadata info displayed inside the regular ttf file says it's "Linux Libertine G ver 5.10". Google should be able to find the latest version.

Also, but maybe not relevant to your question, I'm pretty sure I added some extra weight to the originals before I used them on the Kobo.
